Orbital use Microsoft Dynamics for response and fulfilment clients

At Orbital we are at the forefront of the latest technologies and for our response & fulfilment clients we have implemented Omnica MCR software utilising Microsoft Dynamics AX to run our client operations.

The system delivers a robust platform for our expanding business, and is flexible enough to cater for future client requirements. Possessing comprehensive functionality for mail-order and e-commerce clients, the system is fully PCI compliant.

The application incorporates telephone order taking and customer service, e-commerce sites for client’s customers, stock control, warehousing, fulfilment and client management.

Integration with client’s own systems and processes is easy and we have implemented a number of projects where data (orders, stock, etc) is passed through our system on an automated basis.

We have developed a wide range of reports, accessible online, to enable clients to view management information in real time.

Additionally, we can provide secure web portals for product orders. Using CRM functionality and request control parameters, this is particularly useful for sales teams and other intermediaries operating in a B2B environment.
