Orbital Response & Fulfilment awarded membership of the DMA Response Management Commitment Scheme
Orbital Response and Fulfilment, one of the UK’s largest specialist response and fulfilment providers with offices in Ashford, Kent and Rushden in Northamptonshire has been awarded approved membership of the Direct Marketing Association’s Response Management Commitment scheme.
The aim of the scheme is to give clients looking for response handling services greater confidence in their outsourcing provider, knowing that the companies included in the scheme are committed to high industry standards and codes of practice.
Members are required to complete a checklist to confirm that their company meets the requirements of the Scheme. This information is then verified through a site visit.
A DMA member of staff and a representative from the Response Management Council attend the visit. The visit consists of a tour of the premises and some questions on the type of work the company undertakes, in particular their in house response handling operations. Once the examiners are convinced that the company meets the exacting standards required they are accepted into the scheme and allowed use of the scheme logo.
