Dogalogue Christmas Catalogue Delivery

Xmas comes early for Orbital Response and Fulfilment with “Dogalogue®”

Orbital Response and fulfilment, one of the UK’s specialist response and fulfilment providers has been appointed by Guide Dogs to deliver response services for its print, online, audio and Braille Christmas catalogue “Dogalogue®”.

“Dogalogue®” is a full colour 32 page catalogue with over 300 items covering calendars, Christmas cards, wrapping materials and general gift items. Mailing of some 260,000 catalogues will begin on 1st September 2009 with staggered release dates. This is aimed at previous customers, previous “Dogalogue®” requesters, cold lists and other Guide Dogs supporters.

Orbital Response & Fulfilment were selected from a shortlist of three suppliers. A major reason Orbital was selected was its excellent customer service and high level of security including their impending PCI/DSS compliance.

Order processing will be through the Orbital call centre in Ashford, Kent, via their Microsoft Dynamics AX based Apollo system. Tasks will include credit card and other banking functions, managing gift aid where donations are concerned and customer support where needed. Product despatch will be through the 100,000 sq ft fulfilment complex centrally located in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
